GoogleIf you are a landlord looking for a professional service I suggest you AVOID this company at all costs, I have no problem paying them a fee to manage my property but paying this fee for them to NOT return your call and to NOT inspect your property as agreed is unacceptable. Still waiting for a response from an email sent 2 weeks ago, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

They got my house on the market very quickly following my initial enquiry and the staff were so supportive when the chain collapsed more than once during my house sale. Claire stayed in regular contact with both myself and my buyer throughout, right up until the last minute.

GoogleI have emailed 4 times since key's were handed back on 7th March regarding my deposit money no body returns you're e. MAILS or text messages looking like complaints letter will be required then if no response. Then Ombudsman this company is terrible. Use at your peril.
Our reply to your review is as follows:- You returned the keys to the property on 7th March. You refused to supply an email address, a forwarding address or bank details so we had no means of communicating with you after the Final Inspection or of returning any funds to you. On Sunday 26 March 2023, 20:22 we received a polite email from you saying “Is our deposit ready to be returned. If so, please get in contact on this email to arrange or if there are any problems….. Thank you”. One working day later, on Tuesday, 28 March 2023 at 10:29 we received a further email: “Good morning myself and my partner are inquiring weather the deposit paid 14,years ago on this this property is going to be paid back fully, partly, or is it going to be in dispute could someone please contact us please as soon as possible thanks.” On Thursday, 30 March 2023, 16:38 we replied in full detailing the findings of the Final Inspection and requesting your bank details again. On Monday, 3 April 2023 at 18:15 you replied and gave your bank details. On Tue, 4 Apr 2023 at 13:25 we replied confirming that the funds will be in your account within 3 banking days. A further email was sent the same day at 17:04 confirming that the payment has been authorised by the Bank and payment would appear in your account no later than Thursday 6th April, 2023.

GoogleIan , Rose and the team dealt with a very stressful purchase in an amazingly compassionate manner. They fought tooth and nail to ensure the sale completed and we would not now be in our forever home without them. Thanks will not be enough for the personal service they offer. Totally recommend this company.
