All the way through the selling process, Hunters have been exceptionally responsive and proactive to ensure our sale ran smoothly. Ellis was very quick to list our property and it sold within the first weekend of viewings. Sam then managed our sale and without her the process would have not been as smooth. She communicated with us regularly and was constantly chasing the rest of the chain. We would highly recommend Hunters.

Damaged our house, and we're not even their clients!

Hunters hung a "for sale" sign on our property, which was a surprise to us, since we were neither selling nor letting the property. When asked to take it down, four visible holes have been left in the wall of our home. It has been six and a half weeks, and the holes are still there. In a couple of weeks, we're going to need to escalate this to the ombudsman. Frankly, I'd be happy with getting the cost of some filler from them and doing it myself. Companies need to be held responsible for damage - they cannot be let off with an "oopsie, my bad".

From start to finish the hunters team couldn’t have been any better, if there were any problems they got it sorted asap which you cannot ask any more than that. You can always get through to them when calling them up, and also very responsive when emailing them. This has to be the most professional and reliable service I have come across. We have had cause to use a few other estate agents in the past all of whom gave the "we can sell for this and get you that" blah only to find that once you sign, they sit back and you're lucky if you hear from them again! THIS company on the other hand do not do this. What they promise is what they achieve. Ellis gave a realistic review of our house and updated us of exactly how they will sell our house and when they will do it. Not only did he sell our house 48 hours after it was advertised but got us the asking price. Once the sale was complete, Ellis kept in regular contact and even spoke with legal teams and other estate agents to assist in keeping the ball rolling (which in our case, due to complications with who we were buying off, took a long time) Ellis reassured ourselves along with our buyers that all issues would be ironed out. There was no salesman (slick back hair rubbish) he was friendly and very very prompt with emails. This even took place late at night when you have one of those "I've just thought about this" moments. this is a company who are brilliant at what they say and do I am very grateful for all that they have done. well done Ellis and all at Hunters Stourbridge!!!!

We purchased our property through Hunters, Stourbridge. The professionalism, politeness and highly organised service, is all coated with a huge layer of kindness and warmth. From day one Ellis Hill dealt with our purchase. Through what is always a nervous time of buying and selling, Ellis was there on hand to walk us through everything and made sure we were always confident in what was happening. It was refreshing to know Ellis was available to ensure we understood and were okay with everything. He dealt with all our calls, emails and queries promptly and professionally. When Ellis was out of the office there was always a same day call back from him, and his colleagues would always try to help in the interim. Harry, Ellie and Sam were also super helpful and professional. A same day call and email never went unanswered. Ellis, from day one was in our corner, and although we were not the sellers felt the treatment from him and the Hunters team was considerably above and beyond.
