Alisa has been managing our rental property for some time and has recently dealt with the process of re-advertising and finding a new tenant for the house following an end of tenancy. We haven't had to find a new tenant for a number of years so we aren't totally sure on the process but Alisa made it super easy throughout. Her communication throughout was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, we're really grateful for her expertise and support and would highly recommend Hunters Lettings.

I’ve been pretty impressed by Hunters during the purchase of my first home. Kaya, Ellie, Ellis and Jack were prompt and communicative throughout the process. If I ever had any questions for the vendor, they made sure they were sent and responded to as soon as possible. They were also persistent in following up with solicitors when delays occurred. Assuming completion and collection of the keys all goes to plan, I can’t fault the work they’ve done, and I’m grateful for their efforts to get it completed. From my experience, prospective buyers of a first home shouldn’t have any worries about Hunters being involved with the purchase. Thank you :)

After speaking with five different estate agents, I knew that Ellis at Hunters was the right person to help us sell our house. Selling a home that was so precious to us was always going to be an emotional and stressful process, so having someone who was approachable, responsive, trustworthy and genuinely cared about getting the right buyers was incredibly important to us. I came to Hunters after having a terrible experience dealing with 3 other estate agents. Hunters are fantastic and I can recommend them to find you a good tenant and manage the property properly. Elisha was brilliant all the way through and got me a tenant within weeks for my first property. No question was left unanswered (she answered emails very quickly) and there was no pressure to take a tenant at all. She also saved me £500 when the previous energy supplier generated an incorrect bill, there is no way any one else at other estate agents would've picked up the error like she did. I had given my second property to them recently, and Elisha did a great job with that also, keeping me updated regularly. Her passion for her job really comes out when you speak to her and you leave feeling your property is in great hands. She is an asset to the team and I can't praise her enough. As for management - they are brilliant in this area too. Knowing my tenants are well taken care of is a huge plus and they regularly send you reminder emails when gas cert, EICR etc. is due, unlike other estate agents who couldn't care less about these things and have to remind them yourself. When ever there is an issue, Elisha is always an email away to answer any questions and to liaise with the tenants if needed. There are so many dodgy estate agents about but Hunters Stourbridge professional in every way and I will definitely use them again.

Having spent 18 months on the market with another local agent in kinver, who we spent far to much time chasing out of sheer frustration from their total lack of pro active approach towards selling our home, we then changed to Hunters in Stourbridge. Having met Steve one of the Directors we were quite clear from the outset that after our wasted 18 months with the previous agent, we really needed to see some positive action and pro active marketing from the outset. From that very first meeting with Steve we both felt far more confident of his team and their intended approach to marketing our home, and guess what they sold our house WITHIN 2 WEEKS !!! I would highly recommend this branch and all their team especially Steve the Director who is incredibly knowledgeable and nice to deal with. This company doesn't seem to care…

This company doesn't seem to care either about their prospective customers or their existing landlords. I have an outstanding issue with their poor tenant management at a property that they have let for a number of years and their failure to recover documented damage after the tenant vacated the property. Nobody is answering my emails. The owner has notified his landlords that yet another staff member has left the company, they are notorious for being unable to retain staff. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was really impressed with the valuer's sales pitch and genuinely believed they would be the best firm to sell my home. The fact they had a relationship with Ryan property law also played a part, although that turned out to be a disaster, but that's a review for another day. Experience of sales team - Georgia is so lovely and was a pleasure to work with. However, even after a week, the sole promotion strategy was pushing me to lower the price, which I eventually caved into and feel like I would have got more money had I gone with an approach suggested by a different agent. I had over 30 viewings, which was exhausting preparing the house for. Most of these were time wasting - one definitely a pseudonym (why don't they ask for ID checks?) and at least 10 weren't actually people who were in a position to buy (not got house on market or it would turn out they'd offered elsewhere). The buyers buyer (also buying through Hunters), was not vetted correctly or there was a big cover up. If there was a cover up, Hunters couldn't tell me, because they had such poor record keeping. I was sent evidence of some record keeping with regards to something else (hello GDPR breach!) and it was full of typos and omissions. Sales progression experience was horrific. Thankfully they eventually replaced the person, as I could go on and on with my list of what she did that was totally unprofessional, but worst bit is she could have put my children at risk if it had been a DV situation, as she told everyone in the chain my new address and all the addresses of everyone in the chain, repeatedly. I repeatedly complained about her and they left it far too late to do anything. Absolutely appalling and this estate agent caused so much additional stress to what was already a horrific chain. I would not recommend to anyone.
