GoogleJack and the team were fantastic helping us with the purchase of our new home. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. We used someone outside the Hunters group for a sale and we found Hunters to be the better of the estate agents.

Moving can be hectic, but Dulcie made it so simple with her support, prompt communication, and quick responses from the first viewing in Cullompton right through to the day I collected the keys. She was professional, reassuring, and always ready to help. The team I met on key‑collection day was amazing, friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotRude, poor service - a must avoid for renters
Rude, get passed around from pillar to post while they try to ignore your requests or questions. Tried for years to get them to fix things but just continually fell on deaf ears. Now they're trying to claim issues are my fault which are down to shoddy contractors (which they use consistently, including at one point despite having had yearly gas checks, I get told that the previous 6 years hasn't been done properly and the build up that caused a leak was because of this. Everything is everyone's issue but theirs. Renters, avoid at all costs!

GoogleHaving bought and sold with Hunter’s in the past, I had no hesitation in using them to find a tenant for my rental property. Unfortunately the tenancy didn’t work out which ultimately led to me going to arbitration to claim compensation from the tenants deposit. Beckie Pearson from Hunter’s handled the whole process from start to finish and kept me constantly updated on the progress of the claim. It is so refreshing that someone actually takes the ownership of a problem and sees it through to its conclusion so efficiently. I now have a new tenant thanks to Hunter’s. Thank you Beckie. 🙂

GoogleI would like to leave a review regarding the service we received, especially from Abi, Senior Lettings Negotiator. The service was excellent, starting from scheduling the appointment for the viewing. Abi was very prompt in her responses and made the entire moving process much easier and smoother than we expected. Having had a not-so-great experience in the past with another agency during a move, we were quite sceptical about moving into another property. However, we are very happy with the service we received from Hunters. Thank you!

GoogleEllie was unbelievable at her job. Things got so stressful for us and she was just getting on with what was needed to help us. Nothing was too much, she would always let us know what was going on, she has such good knowledge of the industry and is a lovely person. Thanks so much!! All the staff when we called to the shop were brilliant and helpful. We also dealt with Ellis before we brought this house. He was also so helpful, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy! GoogleHunters sold my parents house and what a pleasure it was .Fantastic team, Ellis looked after us from the beginning to the end . After having two other estate agents before Hunters took over, it definitely was third time lucky, Ellis was absolutely lovely he kept us informed all the time by checking in weekly and going over how things was going. We even had a app which we could monitor with viewing, buyers comments,offers etc, which was a bonus. Ellis is a star ,a lovely young man with beautiful manners, l called him my adopted son. Would definitely choose Hunters again and highly recommend.😁👍

GoogleWe have recently rented a property from Hunters, and have found them a delight to deal with. We met Elisha at the house for the initial viewing. We found Elisha polite, professional, and easy to communicate with. The whole process from the first viewing, to being accepted for the property, and up to the moving date was stress free. We have had a couple of teething issues with the property, and have dealt wish Elisha and Rebecca after moving in, they have responded quickly, and rectified the issues we have encountered I would fully recommend Hunters, and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again should the need arise. Keep up the great work ladies, you are an asset to the Company.

GoogleAmazing service from start to finish. Ellis is talented, professional and clearly loves his job. George did a great job on the viewings. Sam is extremely helpful and efficient, such a quick responder to emails and calls. They are a great team, I would highly recommend Hunters to anyone. I have used many estate agents in the past, Hunters are definitely superior. They are slightly more expensive than other agents but well worth the extra money.
