GoogleIt’s the best customer service experience I have had in many years ago and I feel so welcome and happy to always have her attends to my needs and so many questions I always have, whenever I ring the phone, first thing is ask to speak with her and if she is not on desk at that moment, it takes her less than 5 mins to always ring me back and she addresses all my issues, her professionalism is top notch, thank you so much Abi Daly for treating us right and ensuring we get the best service.

GoogleEllis from Hunters We sold our house with Ellis from Hunters as part of an ‘easy move process’ and we are so thankful we did. Ellis from the start to finish ( which was a hard / long process due to solicitors) was amazing, always in communication, we knew everything that was going on and went above and beyond to get our sale through for us. GoogleMe and my partner recently sold our home through hunters due to friends and families recommendation and dealt with Ellis throughout the whole process, within a week of being on the market we had 5 viewings and an offer, by the following weekend we were sold! Ellis then rang and after a few disappointing viewings at other properties that were on the market through other estate agents, Ellis suggested we viewed a house that we both ended up being undecided on however, from the moment we walked in we both knew it was the house we wanted, he’s got a good eye for spotting what he thinks you may or may not like and isn’t shy to give you his opinion either which always helps! Thanks to Ellis and hunters for an extremely smooth home move. As and when we decide to move again in the future they will be having our instruction! Wouldn’t even think to go anywhere else. Ellis has a calm yet professional approach, from the moment we contacted Ellis to put our house on the market nothing was too much trouble. His answered any questions we have had and would always go out of his way to help us and to make the process easier for us. Hunters are brilliant there are no wait times to get through to the office, every member of staff we spoke to was knowledgeable and competent. I have since recommended Ellis to two other friends/ family who have since had a positive experience with Hunters. Some viewings at our home were completed by Hunters, so respectful of our home. Living over 2 hours away from my rental property meant that I had to find a management company & agent that I could trust to look after the property and it's tenants and I decided to proceed with Elisha at Hunters. They stayed proactive throughout, chased the solicitors when needed, and kept the pressure on until we finally got there. I’m genuinely grateful for their persistence, professionalism, and support, and I would like to thank everyone involved for doing such a wonderful job.

Jack was proactive throughout the process and kept us up to date with weekly check in’s. With 7 in our chain, Jack worked hard to achieve the best completion date to suit. GoogleWe’ve just sold our house in Kingswinford with Hunters in Stourbridge. We’ve put off moving for a few years, largely because of the hassle we were expecting. However, we needn’t have worried! We mainly dealt with Jack Bingham, both he and the rest of the team have been excellent. From the initial valuation, to the marketing, arranging viewings, agreeing a sale within 2 days of listing, and finally to the communication and sales progression from then until completion, the whole thing has been a breeze. We felt like we had a proper personal service for a very reasonable price, and wouldn’t hesitate to sell through them again, and we’ve already recommended them to our friends.
