GoogleHave moved house and can honestly say that Hunters are the best agents I’ve ever used. Approachable, efficient and always happy to help or advise in any given area. My move was a tad stressful at times and the excellent Kaya was on hand to speedily sort all queries, without judgment and, always super friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to anyone.

We booked valuation. Confirmed twice no show. She eventually came late at night & we fell for the speel. Big mistake just full of empty promises. No response to phone calls or emails. 17 days before first viewing. Buyers were not vetted as we were told. Some hadn't even got their house on the market. It was a truly horrible experience. Finally got a offer £30,000 below asking price! THEN I had an long email telling me we should take it ! They are beyond rubbish. They take on too many clients & cannot give you the time. They don't even ask if appointment is convenient to you. One word ....Jokers Two words....Avoid Avoid If I could give zero stars I would

GoogleI bought a house through Hunters, they were excellent throughout even though they weren't representing me! In particular Kaya was superb, consistently kept us appraised with the process, delivered everything on time and never missed or delayed any correspondence. Having bought and sold with other agents it is apparent they are head and shoulders above the rest. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

GoogleSold our house with Hunters. Throughout the whole process, Ellie and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and courteous and always kept us informed and provided us with excellent advice. Our property was marketed excellently and we were always provided with feedback from the viewings. The chain in our move was complicated but Ellie worked extremely hard to ensure it's timely completion, chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain and always keeping us informed of any updates. We would recommend anyone thinking of selling to use them.

Ellis has been the one constant in the whole process, someone who genuinely cares and has fought our corner. One of my worst experience buying a house from hunters auction. House was listed on website and tenanted for a fixed amount of rent which I was told by the auction agent called Robert. Also house was in bad state but got told tenants don’t care so why do you. Only to find out later on that tenants have never paid anywhere near that amount and it’s so much lower. So was lied to first of all and then later to meet the tenants and for them to tell us all the work they was promised and they wanted the house fixing top to bottom. What an absolute joke and waste of time and money. Keep your money and go elsewhere they will tell you anything just to sell a house that is overpriced
