In a time where most service providers have a thousand and one reasons why things can’t be done, Hunters, from the get-go, went above and beyond to ensure that our purchase from them went as smoothly as possible. Ours was an abnormally complex chain with multiple sets of sales and purchases. All were managed with a degree of efficiency, finesse and honesty that their competitors could learn from. Prompt, clear, and concise communication was critical. Our point of contact was Ellis Hill whose professionalism in keeping us informed and tireless chasing down of outstanding issues up and down the chain was a breath of fresh air - Thank You!

We first met Ellis when we speculatively viewed a property (we were undecided about whether we should go on the market or not). Within a week, Ellis had not only facilitated a part-exchange with the owners of the property we viewed, but he also agreed a purchase price that exceeded our expectations. It was a dream situation to be in especially given the end of the stamp duty holiday was looming. In comparison to other agents we have used before, Ellis and the team provided a far more professional, friendly and efficient service. Ellis proactively chased things through with both parties and solicitors on an almost daily basis which is rare for an estate agent. Given the stress of preparing for a move, it was great to know that he was doing all that he could to get things through and I didn’t have to be the one chasing people. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hunters to anyone who is looking for an agent who will go the extra mile for their client.

Where do I start! I cannot speak highly enough of Jack and his team at Hunters Stourbridge. From start to finish Jack had been available, responsive and a total rock. He has helped guide us through our sale and also been relentless chasing up our whole chain for us. We are so grateful and feel very lucky we had him. Every member of the team we dealt with on the telephone were so personable and helpful and we were always made to feel like a priority and never left waiting on call backs. Within a short period of time, the house was put up for sale professionally and promptly. Everything was made clear in regards to what to expect, costs etc and I was happy to proceed. Me and my girlfriend have recently purchased our first house, and Hunters Stourbridge were absolutely fantastic. Ellis was our estate agent and he couldn't of been more helpful, always called when he said he was going too and offered us a brilliant service. Also Harry Stanier was extremely helpful towards the end, as he had to step in for Ellis as he was off on annual leave. We bought our first house through Hunters in Stourbridge and would recommend them to anyone! We first spoke to Ellis Hill who was very helpful in organising viewings and liaising between us and vendors in the first instance. Following the acceptance of our offer, our point of contact was then Harry Stanier who was excellent in keeping us informed of movements higher up the chain as well as keeping in contact with our solicitor. I cannot sing Hunters Stourbridge praises highly enough, from the initial valuation carried out by Jack right the way through to completion the service provided has been nothing but excellent. Professional photos, in depth listing and the most seamless feedback service provided by the team, my house sold within 6 weeks of going on the market for the full asking price. But the service didn’t stop there, being a mortgage broker myself and dealing with a whole host of agents on a daily basis I know first-hand the frustrations of how communication can fizzle out once an offer has been accepted, but my faith was fully restored by Hunters, Jack kept in constant contact with me and my buyer and proactively chased solicitors for us to ensure a smooth completion process. So very very glad we sold our house with Hunters Stourbridge branch. Right from the start they were professional and helpful. They arranged viewings and kept us informed throughout the whole process and our estate agent Sam was wonderful along with the rest of the team who were always available by phone and able to answer our questions quickly and accurately. They helped us sell our house and kept everything moving along in a timely manner. We would strongly recommend Hunters Stourbridge for anyone considering buying or selling a house in the future as they are brilliant at what they do and Sam provides an excellent level of service which we have not found in other estate agents and best of all they are reasonably priced. Our experience with Hunters Stourbridge has been excellent from Start to Finish. Jack initially who was professional, friendly put us at our ease and our house sold for more than we expected, Ellis was also brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, he looked after us and negotiated well with our purchasers, our sale went through smoothly and he replied quickly to any emails or phone calls again he was friendly and professional. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews because my experience was the opposite. I have just sold a house through Hunters of Stourbridge, and the whole team did a fantastic job, led by Ellis Hill. It was a long and at times tricky negotiation, but they never gave up. They stayed proactive throughout, chased the solicitors when needed, and kept the pressure on until we finally got there. I’m genuinely grateful for their persistence, professionalism, and support, and I would like to thank everyone involved for doing such a wonderful job.

Awful. Incredibly disorganised. Would establish inspections and never turn up, would constantly email about overdue rent that wasn't overdue. Would pass the blame constantly. Attempted to raise my rent by a "reasonable" £200 a month six months into my tenancy which can only happen every 12 months and cannot be more than the CPI price index; they failed on both counts. Renting is honestly awful, and these clowns pray upon the anxiety of insecurity to get what they want.I have bought a house now, I wish all renters the luck to buy their own homes one day so we never have to deal with letting agents like these ever again.
