Good place, quick at getting things done and communicated well. Was a bit underwhelmed at the end as the person who was dealing with our purchase didn't communicate with us much and I was handed the keys with a pretty average reception and no thanks or any sort of closing statement which I didn't expect with it being such a big moment. This felt a bit of shame but George who dealt with us at the start was good and so was Sam. Still recommend them despite the above!

Highly Recommend - Hunters Lee

I bought my first property and sold it with the support from Hunters Lee. I am really pleased with my choice. Vikram, Sarah and Serhan are amazing - they are very supportive, understanding, calm and super well-organised. They went above and beyond to support me whenever I need. They made the process really smooth and stress free for me with their years of experience, long term vision and excellent communication skills. I cannot praise Hunters enough. So unprofessional. Middlesbrough- Teesside Lettings branch cancelled my viewings on the same day just an hour before the appointment with a lame reason of not confirming it via an email when the appointments are usually confirmed by phones. Also no necessary information about the property was given a week ago while I booked the appointments but today after them sending me appointment cancellation emails. I had cancelled my plans for today as I had 2 appointments with them. Staff has no manners to talk to a client, the way of sending emails is so casual and informal. They offered me appointment for the next day when I specifically requested for an appointment for today itself a week ago. I just told them I don’t want to go ahead with such unprofessional company. Management needs some training so do the staff in dealing with the clients.

Dishonest, incompetent and terrible attitude

Should you choose this letting agents here are a few things you can expect as routine:1) Lying about the status of properties on the market and deliberately misleading all parties on the status of such properties.2) Arranging appointments to view properties that they don't even turn up to meet you at.3) Cocky, arrogant and sarcastic customer service. They really do not care AT ALL!Literally the worst letting agent you could ever choose to instruct. As you can see from the other reviews, dishonesty, incompetence and terrible staff attitudes are a feature. There is a reason for that. Be warned.

From first meeting Sam to veiw a property they had for sale and Steve Christie coming to arrange to sell my house, everything was dealt with so professionally. Friendly and efficient, Sam, Jack and Harry were always at the end of the phone putting my mind at rest and answering any queries I had. Sam is so friendly I shall miss our chats!! Jack and his team at Hunters Stourbridge were fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. We felt we had a very personal service. We were kept up to date with enquiries, viewings, feedback and just regular customer contact and chats. They were always on the other end of the phone when we needed them, always called back when they said they would. Jack even conducted viewings, and secured a buyer and negotiated a purchase for us while we were on holiday. We were very comfortable and confident in trusting Jack and his team in doing this for us. The whole process was just a pleasant one as were were just so confident in their professionalism that the job would get done. We can’t recommend them enough ... you will not be disappointed. I can not rate Jack at Hunters enough. Really impressed with the service received; communication was excellent throughout and nothing was too much trouble. We had a number of viewings lined up on our house before it had even gone on the market. We first met Jack at a house viewing and was impressed with how he presented the Home and made good suggestions on how things could be changed. After previous bad experiences we were really dreading the process, but can honestly say that Hunters couldn't have made it any easier , we sailed through. Steve sold our house within hours of it going on the market with three offers well over the asking price. The whole team supported us every step of the way. A special thank you to Sam who made completion day so much less stressful than it could have been. We cannot thank Hunters enough for what they did for us. We started with a different local estate agents who had our house on for a couple of months and nothing much happened and zero offers. We added hunters on who generated so many viewings straight away and two offers within 10 days and then the house was sold. Jack did a fantastic job and would always go above and beyond for us, from replying to us late at night to even phoning us to check on us whilst away on his holiday! If this isn't commitment to 5* service then I don't know what is. Sam in the office was also ever so helpful and brilliant, always so polite and answering every question we had. Steve was great too. They have helped and supported us every step of the way and made the sell of our house a very easy job. Cannot recommend them enough and will most definitely use them again without a shadow of a doubt. Absolutely fantastic

We are so pleased we chose Hunters to sell our house. After the initial meeting with Steve we put our house up for sale and were amazed it sold within the week. All the staff at Hunters Stourbridge were so helpful throughout the whole process, really down to earth to speak to , yet very Professional. The level of service we received from Jack was brilliant throughout , he kept us informed at every stage and put our mind at ease when needed, thankyou so much Jack!! Jack was very straightforward to deal with in terms of obtaining their services and proceeding with the sale, while Sam seems to man the engine room in the office. Really happy with the quality of service received from Elisha Hennessey on behalf of Hunters. The progress and communication I've had on my application has been prompt and informative at every stage.
