GoogleExtremely rude and arrogant agency manager Ben. Called up twice to book viewings on two different properties came on the market only 1 hour prior on the same day, was told both occasions that the viewings slots have filled up. While it is not common for slots to be popular in this market, it is highly unusual for agents to only accommodate 1 day of viewings and not willing to at least add a Friday afternoon, this is also in less favour for the seller as you may not get the best offer as the number of buyers who do get slots would be very limiting and they do not ask questions when you book viewing, it's only a matter of "first come first serve" practise. I asked to speak with Manager BEN WOOLNOUGH to provide constructive feedback, and thought it would benefit his business if I tell him other agents are more accommodating, but instead of recognising that his practise is limiting, he again defended this approach and we are talking in circles so in the end I just said then I will leave it as it is as clearly this is not my business, I can't change your mind. Then he asked he can either put me on the waiting list, or mark my card as "inactive" so I would be removed from his buyers list. Amazing so as soon as you want to provide feedback to this agent, you may get "blacklisted" since they do not want to hear any constructive criticism.

We are saddened to hear about your recent experience with a member of our team. All feedback is extremely important to us, and we have duly taken all points on board.
We can see you had originally enquired to view a property that at the time had a full open day. We placed you on our cancelation list which subsequently resulted in you viewing the property and given the chance to make an offer. This system is in place as it’s the only open and fair way we can deal with the extremely high levels of demand our properties are experiencing.
On this occasion our vendor requested an open day allowing us to pre book qualified viewings over a certain period. We would love to allow every person to view every property they want but with the current demand this sometimes just isn’t possible. In accordance with current guidelines, we must qualify and prebook everyone, for the safety of our vendors, our viewers, and our staff.
We understand it is very frustrating if you cannot get a viewing and we can only apologise in this instance. Our vendors are fully aware of the procedures we carry out and are invested in our advice.
In the meantime, I hope we can find that perfect property for you.

GoogleInitially, I was pleased with the way things progressed with the sale of the property. Due to issues with the other parties solicitor, things went on a lot longer than necessary. During this time , I found the communication with The Personal Agent somewhat lacking. However, once I was able to communicate with a more senior member of staff, I found the communication to be much better and I had every faith in this Sales Negotiator acting promptly on my behalf. I was also grateful for the timely advice I received from him on how we should progress the sale when it looked like it might not go ahead.
I would be happy to recommend The Personal Agent for anyone looking to sell a property.

They put our house on the market at exactly the right time and quickly handled viewings and enquiries. They navigated us through a very difficult selling process - our buyers were very "challenging" but we felt very supported and looked after by the PA team. I'd particularly like to mention Paul who was fantastic, but also Anna, Miles, Ben and Frank who also were enormously helpful.
The Personal Agent have a very good reputation in the area and for very good reason. House buying/selling is a stressful experience and the PA team are exactly what someone needs to get through it in the best way possible. I thoroughly recommend them.
