An absolute first class service from start to finish! The Stokesley team are outstanding with their customer service, efficiency and helpfulness. We were always kept updated with each process of our sale and any outstanding issues with relevant parties were dealt with promptly. In the last 6 months we have both bought and sold through Roseberry Newhouse and we cannot praise the staff in the Stokesley office enough. They were professional and the communication was excellent. They were "on top" of both transactions and chased solicitors and buyers on a regular basis, updating us as necessary. I recent sold my property through the Ingleby Barwick branch and was extremely pleased with the service I received from Sean and Rachel. They were able to secure multiple viewings as soon as it hit the market and had it sold over the guide price within two days! The Ingleby team, Sean and Rachel, exceeded our expectations. Sean is honest and takes great effort to qualify your valuation, by evidencing similar properties in your area that have sold as he understands that the property should be priced correctly from the start. However, more importantly, Sean wants to truly understand your motivation for selling to assist you in the making the process as stress-free as possible in the time frame required. We listed post lockdown and sold, STC, within 48 hours. Our marketing was honest, accurate and complimentary and by paying that little bit extra we obtained the photography to match. Once our sale was handed over to Rachel to progress we received regular updates and she has been proactive in maintaining the momentum to help us complete in just over 6 weeks.
