We were constantly kept up to date with how the sale was progressing, and had quick and helpful communications with the seller coordinated by the team at Stokesley. GoogleWe switched to the stokesley branch of Roseberry Newhouse after having our house on the market for 1 year 7 months with 2 failed sales. After a fortnight, Roseberry Newhouse had secured us an offer within the range we were asking for, and higher than our previous failed offer had been. The marketing techniques they used (photos and videos) were of a high quality too, and as the house was vacant and we work full time, they covered all viewings for us. Throughout the entire sales process, they dealt with every enquiry in a quick and efficient manner, always getting back to us in a matter of hours, which we much appreciated, especially given the stress surrounding the sale. They also chased up the buyer and anything else we asked of them to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible. At the end of our contract we had professional service for cleaning the house and the oven, cut the grass….they still found some ridiculous things to put in the report. For example: floor has furniture indentation, broken door lock which wasn’t broken when we left… Extremely not recommended

Their approach has always left me feeling assured that my property is being well looked after. Having had a terrible experience with another local estate agent it has been wonderful to have complete trust in how my property has been managed. The sales team are equally tenacious with brilliant communications, doing their best to facilitate a smooth sale for the buyer and myself.
