From our initial viewing right through to our departure 12 months later I have nothing but the highest praise and regard for the company and the staff that dealt with us throughout. Everything was professionally done but the icing on the cake was the kindness, the attitude and willingness of the personnel to be helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done in a positive, cheery manner. If we were to rent again in the area I would undoubtedly head straight to Roseberry Newhouse as I am sure that no one could provide as good a service as they did. You were brilliant.
