As you will be aware, we successfully sold your property at the full asking price, which is always our primary objective for our clients. The transaction itself unfortunately took longer than anticipated due to the requirement for a Deed of Variation, which is a legal matter outside the control of the estate agent and required input from several parties within the chain.
Throughout the process our team worked to manage communication across all parties involved, helping to keep the transaction together and ultimately achieve a successful completion for everyone in the chain.
We do take feedback seriously and will always review comments where improvements can be made to our service. However, the suggestion that there was “zero support” does not reflect the considerable work undertaken behind the scenes to resolve the legal issue and progress the sale.

FacebookWhen we initially decided to sell our property we went with a low cost online agency after several months we had minimal viewings, vague feedback and general lack of care and service from them. At our wits end and after missing out on several nice properties we looked into recommendations from friends and RN was the common response. After the first chat with Sean we felt confident he was the guy to sell our house. Compared to online agencies RN are slightly higher in price but the service they provide is worth every penny. Sean and Rachel kept in regular contact with us and the viewings were soon flooding in, we sold our house in less than half the time we had been on with the other agent. GoogleThe company is currently advertising land for development that their director, John Newhouse, is aware is not owned by their client. This situation raises significant ethical concerns as it appears to be an attempt to mislead potential buyers.
A developer has obtained planning permission to construct a three-bedroom house on land adjacent to my property by submitting inaccurate documentation to the council. These documents incorrectly delineated property boundaries and proposed the removal of trees that are on my property. The council has acknowledged these inaccuracies and is in the process of revoking the planning permission. Despite this, the developer continues to promote the land using these erroneous documents through Roseberry Newhouse.
I have formally requested that Roseberry Newhouse remove this misleading listing, citing the false nature of the advertisement. However, they have refused to take action, insisting they await confirmation from the same developer who submitted the incorrect information initially. I even provided them with the contact details of the council agent dealing with the issue to verify my claims, yet the listing remains active.
It is evident that Roseberry Newhouse does not prioritize the interests of their future customers or the welfare of the communities in which they operate. I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with this company.
Buyer beware!

In the response from Roseberry Newhouse below, the owner acknowledges that the documents currently being used to advertise the land for sale are inaccurate, yet maintains that there is no intention to mislead anyone. I cannot think of a single reputable company that, after being informed they are selling misleading or stolen goods, would continue to do so!

As I have already advised the owner is aware of your comments and is in the process of redrawing the boundary plan to correct the error with regard to a small piece of your garden being included in the original drawing.
The seller and ourselves will make any interested parties fully aware of this.
There is no attempt to deceive and if the planning status changes as you mention we will act accordingly.
