The team really look after and aren’t pushy (such a refreshing change). We put our house on after falling in love with a house Orchards were selling and asked them to value ours. Such a swift and professional service it was like they genuinely wanted the best for us. The whole practice of buying and selling was an absolute dream and so swift thanks to the amazing team. GoogleBest Estate agent ever!!! have been renting from them for years now and they are just so helpful and accommodating! if we ever have any problems then we know we have a wonderful person at the end the phone who goes out of their way to help no matter what time of year!!!! would never want to leave them! If we haven't contacted them then we get regular calls asking if we are ok and if there is anything they can do to help! Friendly , warm and trustworthy

GoogleDisappointing service from an estate agents that prides itself on its "exceptional level of service". Waited 5 days to arrange a viewing (NOT available 24/7 as they claim!), rang up twice and was promised a call back but never received one. When I rang the third time, I was told that I had been misinformed about the property and had to give my details (budget, rooms etc.) for the third time. When I become frustrated, the lady appeared to laugh? Very disappointed.

Would you kindly be able to let me know what day and time you called in order that I may trace the member of staff that you dealt with and action accordingly. GoogleRenting my first property seemed very daunting especially being 21 years of age and moving all the way from the midlands but Orchards estates made the whole process very easy and relaxed. The customer experience was excellent from speaking on the phone to meeting in person, everything was very professional and friendly. The transition from the initial property viewing to the day I moved in was quick and hassle free with plenty of friendly and informative conversations along the way. Personally I would just like to say a massive thank you for the help and support from you.

Orchards researched the market thoroughly before marketing our home. The buyers were appropriate and focussed. Communication was excellent but not intrusive. Charlotte was "on the case" throughout the selling process and was always available when we needed her. We felt very well served.

GoogleWell where do i start the owner is Rude unprofessional does not work in her clients interests just wants house sale through at any costs I have sold many houses over the years but this was the worst experience that i have ever had. We had two houses on the books with this estate agent and she was totally unhelpful with both i have a voice recording of her aggressiveness during the sale process she was rude to all members of my family and the final straw was that we had to pay 50% of the fee for a house not sold due to the complete badgering we had.It made us very upset and uncomfortable and left us know choice but to remove it from sale we could not deal with the way that we were being treated i will never use this estate agents ever again and hope people reading this will think before going through the heartache we have endured.

GoogleI have moved houses several times in my life. I have always found it difficult to get on with estate agents so I decided my last move would be my final move. I registered with Orchards Estates and had a lovely young lady Tianna, who kept me updated every week. I found this very helpful as she would tell me about there early bird properties and would help me with tips on how to sale my home. I have now found the house of my dreams and would recommend Orchards Estates to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

GoogleMy wife and I went to Orchards for help with renting our house in Yeovil. A complete lack of communication and support meant we eventually decided to move elsewhere. We lost 4 weeks and felt frustrated throughout. I'm shocked that they've won awards...maybe we were just unlucky.
