Friendly, efficient & informative viewing

Elle from Orchards Estate Agents, was extremely helpful, friendly, informative and 'on the ball' at our recent viewing. In fact all 3 members of staff that I spoke to before our viewing were extremely nice and answered all of my questions & more. As a buyer, you are not always treated in a friendly, helpful and informative way and it was refreshing to come across an Estate Agency with a better approach. Excellent agents who try very hard

We found Orchards Estates a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately we found our ideal property with another agent but we had very specific requirements and what we were looking for was not easy to find. However we were very impressed that Orchard Estates tried very hard and always kept in touch without being pushy. Just our experience of course but we would recommend giving them a try when buying or selling.
