I recently assisted my parents in buying a home. Orchards Estates were the only agent in the area who we found useful. We decided on south Petherton because of all the amenities. We sold our home and also purchased a house with Orchards Estates, all the staff are so professional and knowledgeable. The communication is excellent, I could always talk to a member of the team and staff are proactive in updating and sharing information. Alex and the team have excellent relationships with other local professionals such a solicitors and mortgage brokers which means that the sale and purchase was able to complete promptly. Staff are friendly and respectful and have exceptional knowledge of the local market. The marketing of our home was of excellent quality and they truly took the time to understand our requirements and budget, finding us a new home that we love!

Mathew and his team have changed my perspective of Estate Agents. Not only did they secure a sale on our house in 2 weeks, but they worked tirelessly in the 2 weeks before completion, phoning around and chasing up solicitors that were very slow in returning calls. They always kept us in the loop and were always available no matter what time of day or night. Being able to discuss details at 8pm or later was extremely useful for a working couple. Their service was friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anybody else looking to sell a property. Also, their fees are a lot more friendly than the rest as well! Keep up the good work guys

Outstanding Service

As first time sellers we had no idea which estate agent to use, in the end we saw five agents back to back, Orchards were genuinely different in their approach and our gut instinct said to use them. Some of the other agents were quick to highlight the 'shortfalls' of using an 'online' agent and we did initially wonder if we had made the best choice. We both agreed though that we were impressed with what we had seen and it was only the lack of a shop window that really caused us any concern and which serious buyer only uses an agents shop window? Skip forward and how glad are we that we trusted that instinct.... 5 star service all the way, everything Orchards promised they delivered on, We did not think ours would be an easy property to sell but with a very proactive and professional approach, Orchards oversaw viewings at all hours were never late to appointments, kept us regularly informed and throughout whichever team member we spoke to, they were all very positive and helpful. It is always great to find a company that deliver on their promises, they will absolutely be our preferred choice in future. Many thanks Team Orchards, we look forward to using your services again
