GoogleWards is professional and efficient but still know who I am whenever I need to visit or call. Our experience renting through them has been positive from the first viewing through the move-in and settling in. They are brilliant at communicating with the Landlord on our behalf so we always feel listened to. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

GoogleIf you like the idea of an agent letting themselves into your property whenever they like, completely unannounced, then these guys are for you. Completely unprofessional & criminal behavior. Keep well away! ** This review was copied & reuploaded as Wards deleted their old Google page, most likely because it had a large amount of negative tenant reviews. **
Hi Liam, thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear that you had this issue, As a rule the only time we enter a property is after writing to say that we are attending for an inspection, gas check or similar, we would word any letters to this effect and ask you to notify us if this is not acceptable. If this was not the case then i publicly apologise for this. I can see from our records that you were a good tenant and we had no issues during the period, i wish to thank you for this and wish you all the best in the future. Our previous google page was claimed by another business and being honest we spend month trying to get it back, it had 97% positive reviews. As i said sorry for any stress caused, this would never have been our intentions
