Payita I am really sorry about this however this was started on the 11th January and they both failed the credit check which is an important part of the application process. After that a guarantor was added and it took much longer for this to be validated. After this it was merely a case that somebody else applied and passed all the checks. We would be happy to consider for another property should there be one suitable. Please remember we are acting on behalf of the landlords and don’t make the final decision not us. GoogleMost of the times they will ignore you when it comes to repairs. they have zero customer service skills. The office manager can be rude and obnoxious.
