Without knowing what the problem is I am unable to help, if you reply to the email I will be more than happy to try and help you. We certainly don’t discriminate against anybody and I feel that we are one of the most flexible agents in Stoke-on-Trent, What I will say though is dependent on individual circumstances we have guidelines that we must adhere to and sometimes we are guided by the property owner
