GoogleFriendly service, staff always try to support and always get back quickly. Listen to needs and recommend appropriate properties rather than just trying to force something on you. Repairs only had two and both completed next day. Can't say much more than do what that say when that say. Highly recommended

GoogleThese guys certainly know their stuff !! I took my properties from another agent after the communication was lacking and I felt not listened to. Within three months the arrears were zero, tenants were happy and I was enjoying being a landlord again. Cheers and keep it up

Hi Liam, thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear that you had this issue, As a rule the only time we enter a property is after writing to say that we are attending for an inspection, gas check or similar, we would word any letters to this effect and ask you to notify us if this is not acceptable. If this was not the case then i publicly apologise for this. I can see from our records that you were a good tenant and we had no issues during the period, i wish to thank you for this and wish you all the best in the future. Our previous google page was claimed by another business and being honest we spend month trying to get it back, it had 97% positive reviews. As i said sorry for any stress caused, this would never have been our intentions
