GoogleWe rented with Wards and when we left they tried to claim we owed rent and other issues to the DPS with costs up to £1,200 We disputed this and won! Proving we paid rent on time every single time but they tried to scam us out of more money! We tried multiple times to call and ask for proof we didn’t pay rent and they kept fobbing us off! Wouldn’t rent because they’ll just try to scam you out of your deposit and more!

Hi Sorry that you feel that way, i can see that you accepted that there was damage to the property and agreed to let us keep 68% of the deposit and 32% was returned to you. We will look at how we charge for rent when the property has been returned with damage that stops us from renting it again.
