Handled the sale of our property professionally during a difficult covid period. One Agency conducted most of the viewings for us except we had to cover these ourselves at weekends. Viewings were followed up promptly to provide feedback and interest from potential buyers. Their terms and conditions were explained clearly at the initial meeting and fixed fee on sale means you know what you will be paying. Regular feedback was given on the interest in the property as were discussions on how the property was priced and if this needed to be changed. Once a sale was agreed, subject to contract, the feedback on progress of the sale was excellent and One Agency were in regular contact with the buyers and solicitors involved. We cannot recommend OneAgency enough! The team assisted in the selling of our property and also purchase of another property. From point of first contact through to completion nothing was too much trouble. We were part of a large, complex chain and the communication was fantastic from the team throughout. Dean came out to value and photograph our property very quickly. Fiona is an amazing asset to the team, she communicated regularly with everybody in the chain, (solicitors included) and was crucial in keeping our chain together and aiding completion. They charge a set fee so there is no hidden costs. The team were quick to respond with all enquiries. They have extended opening hours, return your calls, and respond to emails promptly. Just a great service. We have purchased a property to rent and we have been so happy with the service from OneAgency that we have asked them to manage the rental property for us. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of One Agency who right from arranging a valuation viewing, have been most helpful, courteous and obliging, keeping me fully informed at all stages of the process. On appointing One Agency the Sale Board was promptly erected at the property and the online details posted on their own website and on the Rightmove website. All viewings were arranged suitable to both parties and followed up on for feedback. When an offer from a buyer was made via the Agent, this was amicably negotiated to mutual satisfaction and the Subject to Contract sign updated immediately. Their entire help thereafter in issuing the Bill of Sale document and advising on the Solicitor procedure and process has been exemplary and a most personal and professional service right through to completion and beyond.
