Extremely Poor Customer Service At LinkedIn:You literally cannot get hold of a human being - either by email, feedback forms or phone.As far as I am concerned LinkedIn is housed by a set of useless, faceless bureaucrats supposedly supporting the business community.Since you can get nowhere with the faceless idiots at LinkedIn I have today written a formal letter of complaint to LinkedIn’s ultimate boss - Mr Bill Gates, Founder of Microsoft.I now expect management heads at LinkedIn to roll - because their customer service is quite simply useless.What the hell do LinkedIn think they are playing at?1 star only our of 5.

Googlefive stars is not enough for this company. the service we got was fantastic and can not sing their praises enough. Do not go anywhere else when selling/buying a property. You will not get service like this from any other estate agent.

I reported someone setting up a fake account using my picture and referencing a porn site. Linkedin refused to give any details of the investigation they say that they carried out. A flagrant disregard for my safety and data rights and the affects that such actions might have on my career and reputation. Linkedin's idea of networking cares not a jot for the individuals within their web.
