GoogleConfirmed viewing, over 2 hour round trip and didn't even bother to show. Then fobbed me off with excuse that they cant contact there staff that is doing viewing and no spare keys(forgot to book us in basically)

Very unpleasant experience at Newtonfallowell Lincoln. Unprofessional, rude and incompetent office staff, with no help what so ever in getting my house sale completed. I would never use this estate agent again, as the whole experience was upsetting and stressful!

I rented a flat for 17 years, I never missed a payment, it was no fault of mine I had to leave, now I have been trying tip get my bond money back, I have been waiting since September last year, I do not recommend this company for renting, very disappointed

They handled the sale of my house, which went to OK, albeit painfully slow, especially given the fact it was a cash transaction, due mainly in part to the in-house solicitors they placed us with - complete muppets! It can be argued that they should not be marked down because of this, but I am old school and they have a responsibility for their partners.

GoogleNightmare from start to finish rented a property for all most 2 years all though pandemic never missed a payment could not praise us enough on hand over day yet still stopped £100 of a deposit of £775 for weeds in front border lol yet 3 weeks later still not returned a penny ???? Solicitor informed avoid if possible 😡

GoogleAfter having our property on the market with another agent and not having a single viewing, we switched to Goodchilds and were impressed with the service, honesty, and proactivity. Great service all round, always on hand when we needed them and working all hours. They helped smooth out a few bumps here and there and ultimately I'm very happy we made the switch to them.

Contractors Becareful with Lichfield Branch,owed us nearly £10k from multiple Jobs,gets the job done and gets paid from landlord and don't want to pay the contractors.It's been more than 1yr waiting for the work completed by us.

Dreadful! Made multiple phone calls, emailed them several times and tried to contact them via the Rightmove app. Was informed I would be called and/or contacted back, only to never hear from them again. Do yourselves a favour and avoid the Lincoln branch. No such issues with any other agency I have used in Lincoln.

The Burton on Trent branch. Awful. Took a 2 hour train journey to view a property. Agent knew nothing about the house, no access to the rear of the property, which had attracted us initially. Taxi driver was able to enlighten us more on the area than the agent. Cannot recommend these agents to anyone!

Kegworth Branch!Happy to take money from you but its a real struggle to get your BOND back!!I have called 6 times now after leaving the rented property over a month ago, all I get when I call is "Yes I'll look into it and call you back" I haven't received a call back yet.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

What a breath of fresh air! From the outset everyone at the office was so professional and helpful. They quickly found me a new home that ticked all my requirement boxes and the process of checks and references was made very easy and bearable. I am a very happy customer. Happy to manage my property for 10 years yet sadly when the tenants move out Newton’s failed to notice they left drugs in the garden, paint on the carpet & windows, took a curtain pole & left broken lights. No customer service, simply do not care.Claire & her team in sleaford should hang their heads in shame (but it would be too much effort)
