Booked a valuation, took time off work, no one came. I sent a message and they called me, apologised and booked me another appointment. Guess what? No one came.2 misses appointments so I dont think I will be selling with them.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant team at Goodchilds Stoke. Always answered the phone when I needed to ask absolutely anything. Always very efficient in finding out any information I required. Overall just brilliant. Absolutely zero issues whatsoever and the process was from October 2020-January 2021 and never once did I feel I was a pain for calling for updates!

I can't praise Charlotte enough though and Rob particularly stepped up by coming to my house on move day to ensure the sale went through when we hit another stressful time.
