Keeps pestering me with phonecalls I

They have somehow got my number- After the 1st phone call i explained they have the wrong number, and they told me they would remove me from the system. I have now received over 10 phone calls from this company over the last 3 days. And my number has still not been removed. It is very fustrating.

I had a problem which needed immediate attention so I contacted BJB's lettings team and was lucky enough to speak to Callum. His telephone manner was excellent - clear, concise and extremely professional. I explained to Callum what the problem was - he understood the problem and was able to explain to me, in a straightforward and easily understood manner, what had caused the issue. Even though Callum was unable to make the necessary amendments on the computer, he assured me that he would be able to speak to someone who would be able to help. Within 10 minutes Callum called me back to assure me that the other department fully understood the problem and would sort it for me straight away. Callum went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure my problem was sorted quickly and efficiently. I contacted Butters John bee , to sell my property and was soon contacted by Emma Brooke's, who was both, very friendly and very professional. My whole experience dealing with Emma and butters has been good. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and my questions answered by Emma , who then took the magnificent photos of my house which were very quickly checked and put on line. This resulted in house viewings almost immediately. I know butters are an old established firm, and they have been easy to deal with, polite and professional.PositiveProfessionalism

Everyone I had contact with were friendly and professional. Phil was really helpful and made a super video of the house.He went above and beyond to help us with not only the house we were selling but also to advise us on those we were looking at. Claire was very patient with the floorplan that we kept wanting to adjust and Lucy showed viewers round with enthusiasm as she showed real interest in our property and was passionate about getting it viewed. I felt she had real commitment. She sympathised when a viewer cancelled on me after I spent hours getting the house ready to view! and took interest after the house sold. A friendly group of staff.

Call was answered by Andrea, who took note of my query, said she would follow it up and call me back later. Even though she had not got an answer, she did call back to update me with what she had learned so far. I really thought that was very considerate as I knew that my call was being dealt with. Whilst the final answer from the landlord was disappointing, Andrea dealt with my initial call, efficiently, and more importantly with excellent customer relations, and has since forwarded to me details of properties that may suit my requirements. I can only say that her manner in talking to me as a customer was first class, and I am pleased to be able to forward what I hope is a positive review. Thankyou! Second review following procedure moving forward As a result of my tenancy agreement ending, Andrea has been most helpful, firstly in trying to find properties, and as things moved on, explaining the procedure of my getting and giving notice and what was expected at check out. She was most helpful in explaining about  deposit return so as this went smoothly, and also in securing a return of proportion of rental, as tenancy was ended earlier than the original date. I have found that speaking with Andrea is very reassuring, she is most helpful, very thoughtful and shows concern to queries and situations. All in all, Andrea has made this unexpected move less difficult and stressful because of the professional manner in which she has dealt with everything - thank you.

I have been dealing with Lucy from the estate agency. Throughout my engagement i have found Lucy to be extremely helpful and professional. I have viewed a few properties via this agency and right from our 1st interaction Lucy arrived on time for the viewing, she was friendly, helpful and honest about the property. She answered all of my questions - not once did i feel i was been rushed. Following my viewing i received a prompt follow-up call from Lucy seeking my views. Very difficult experience

Very difficult experience - recommend other letting agents. Save your time, energy and money. Carried out expensive repair using own contractor and not informing of cost before repair - paying several hundred pounds for a simple light fix, missing rental income despite tenant paying full rent, can't get hold of lettings team to resolve anything so issues naturally escalate, put at risk re compliance checks for gas/electric etc. Raised several issues with Ombudsman after following complaints process. Ended up communicating directly with tenant as was easier and ensured property legal/complaint/safe etc.

Expensive to sell via this estate agent. Terrible customer service.

I put up my property for sale through this agent. Sadly, it was a bad choice due to their terrible service. Their estate agent costs were premium around 5k for a property worth 180k and I thought I will get premium service but my property didn't even rank high on searches and never got one call or update for the three months it was advertised with them. I couldn't even find my property in searches easily. Three months on with no viewing. Their team don't care about talking or giving updates to the vendor. Miserable experience. Stay away!
