I have to say the young lady was very polite and helpful, I believe her name was Elisha Hennessey and is new to the Wolverhampton office. Unprofessional and arrogant. You can often tell just how good an organisation is by how they handle complaints when things go wrong. Butters John Bee don't bother at all. Just rush to try to save their own skin following a series of monumental cock ups and simply throw their customers under a bus. Avoid this company. They have no morals. This is regarding the Crewe branch. Please don't post the usual I'm sorry blurb and invite me to discuss it with the office. It's simply pointless. Been there, done that. They don't deserve 1 star but they're so arrogant there's no option for a 0
