From the start of finding a new home Michael (from the crewe branch) made our whole experience really straightforward. He let us know via phonecall or email the next steps and let us know when they were complete . Continually sending text messages which I’ve deleted and reported as junk , don’t they get the hint that if I needed to use the company I would ring them. I would never use them now 😩

GoogleI would not recommend the to anyone. Communications are impossible. Stoke branch never answer so you leave messages with other branches or the concierge team and no one ever gets back to you. Nothing gets done unless you constantly nag them. Ended up with an empty property for 3 months and lost a lot of money so remarketed with another company. Rented in 2 weeks! Avoid at all costs
