Lauren Battersby, what a gem she is!!! ❤️ She is not only lovely, approachable but also knowledgeable and professional. We are first time buyers and while looking at the advertised properties at their Hanley Office, we thought of speaking directly to someone to have a better understanding about the process and this is how we came across Lauren. Another awful experience with BJB

Another awful experience with BJB! We are selling a property through another Estate Agent in Sandbach. Our property was only listed on Friday afternoon yet first thing on Monday morning pre-10am, I received a call to enquire whether we were happy or wanted to change supplier.

very poor service. The house they have available to let have either 1 photo or none. I have enquired about a number of properties, which say they are available on their website and yet having spoken to Carla on the chat she tells me they aren't available even though the website doesn't say that. For example I enquired about a property on Dividy Road Bentilee, I did in fact receive a call from Butters john Bee about this property and was told the landlord had removed the property as he had found his own tenants, and yet Carla tells me a "letting agreement has been made for this property" this is still showing available on their website so which is it? I have had previous dealings with Butters John Bee and had poor service then and it seems that nothing has changed. I'm sure the current market situation is such that estate agents can be vary lacs in their approach to the rental market, but this doesn't help people who need a property or is it that the rental price makes a difference and the higher end properties get the full treatment and the lower end rentals are treated differently. I certainly wouldn't recommend Butters John Bee in fact I would tell people to stay away from them because if the service is poor to start with then is this going to carry on throughout the process?
