TrustpilotExtremely Poor Communication and Lack of Support from Michael Poole
We’ve recently had to remove our property from the market with Michael Poole due to the consistently poor level of communication. It has been extremely difficult to reach anyone at the office, if we, as the sellers, can’t get through, it’s worrying to think how many potential buyers may also be struggling to make contact. The communication has been absolutely shocking. The only feedback we received was via brief text messages that lacked any useful detail. Despite requesting to be copied into all correspondence (as my partner often works away and doesn’t always have access to phone or internet), this request was ignored. Overall, we’re extremely disappointed with the way Michael Poole have handled the sale of our property. We will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to others.

I have nothing but the highest praise for the whole team at the Stockton Office. Their professionalism, approachability and support throughout the rollercoaster ride of selling my property combined with purchasing another was exceptional. A special mention for both Marion and Emeline must be given, who both went above and beyond to ensure I was always kept up to date, answered any queries or concerns promptly and skilfully guided me through the ups and downs of the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael Poole to anyone and have again enlisted them to carry out the sale of my mum’s property and the purchase of her new home.

Great service from Michael Poole, Yarm. During the valuation Derek was friendly, informative and personable. I liked that he was not pushy and I didn’t feel pressured into anything.Throughout the sale process Amber was regularly in touch with ourselves and the buyer’s solicitor. She gave frequent updates, escalated any issues down the chain and was always on hand to answer any questions we had.
