Honestly could not fault them, they was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with a not so straight forward sale. They are fast with responses and deal with matters and at a point in my sale I was feel very disconnected with my sale and not very informed by other people, but these guys had no problem keeping me updated and made me feel part of my own house purchase again. I would recommend them to everyone and have already done so a few times.

GoogleWe switched to Michael Poole after very poor communication, service (and no sale) from Manners and Harrison. Support from both the Billingham office and the Stockton branch was superb. Huge shout out in particular to Marion at the Stockton office who was first class and a credit to Michael Poole. Certainly our first choice next time we have a sale .

The Stockton office team made selling mum’s house a positive experience from start to finish. Luke started by giving me a realistic selling price and some accurate insights into the process. I was kept updated throughout the sale and Emeline and Marion in particular provided timely information on viewer feedback and the eventual buyer’s progress through the process. It was nice to find that when somebody was away others in the office had access to file notes and I wasn’t left waiting for their return. Excellent service and I would use Michael Poole next time.

They smoothed out the problems created by overloaded solicitors in the chain. I would definitely recommend them as solid performing estate agents and would be a good organisation to trust with your property sale.
