A great agency, as much for letting as for sales!

I highly recommend Smith & Friends as much as a letting agency as an estate agent. They managed my rented property for many years, until I finally sold it through them.

Best in Class Estate Agent

I had a fantastic experience working with the team at Smith & Friends in Hartlepool, all the team there, but especially Megan and Nicola. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always on hand to help. Their communication was excellent, keeping me updated at every stage and responding quickly to any questions I had.

Top class Estate Agent

We have recently sold our house via the Ingleby Branch and to a man I cannot fault anybody in the office. Andrea and Manj mainly handled the viewings and sales progression but everyone was so patient and gave great advice whenever I needed it. As the house was empty we left everything to them including the viewings which made the whole process simple and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Smith & Friends to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their house. Top class, friendly and knowledgeable service from a very experienced estate agency. Thanks again! NT

Great move

Andrea and the team were very helpful from day one. Despite problems encountered with the property itself we were assisted and kept up to date by everyone at Ingleby Barwick branch. It has been a great team effort from all and would recommend their services anytime.

Very efficient and professional staff. Always calm and empathetic when things aren't quite going to plan!Willing to help and organise appointments with other professionals, and provide local knowledge when needed. This was particularly important to us as we are not from the area. Thank you Rachel and Catherine for your support.

Claire Aitken

Claire Aitken was really helpful showing us around the property I was interested in as well as telling me info about the local area as well as other opportunities that may be of interest to me. As a leader in sales I appreciate good and honest service. In times like today it’s important keeping great staff who do a great job.

PROPERTY SALE/RENTAL

I wished to sell a property and asked this company to handle the sale for me. I was unable to receive an acceptable offer so this company very quickly found me an excellent tenant/rental income. Everything was handled very professionally and I am delighted with the service given.
