Great local knowledge and proactivity. The team (Abby in particular) went above and beyond to ensure the sale process went smoothly - they were always available to help and took a lot of the usual pain of selling a house away (though it is never easy!). Thanks all - highly recommended.

GoogleAwful service. The pictures Gowland and White took looked horrendous, rubbish editing, a better job could have been done using an iPhone. Make sure you check your contract because they charge a ridiculous fee if you ever want to cancel their services. They also agree to do quarterly inspections of your property but you have to chase them to even conduct one inspection. Would not recommend.

GoogleWe recently used Gowland White (Stockton) to sell my parents bungalow. From the start they were extremely efficient, professional, helpful, and particularly sensitive to my parents needs. Within days of going on the market, we had several viewers and it was clear to us that the property was being very actively marketed.
