A 10/10 experience provided by Saxton Mee in our recent house sale. Nothing was too much trouble and Sue was on hand every step of the way - guiding us and fighting our corner! I couldn’t thank all of the staff enough for their time and commitment to helping us get a quick sale. The after sale wasn’t all smooth sailing but Sue went above and beyond to keep us completely in the loop and iron out any issues we had (unlike another agent we were buying from locally!) I would, and already have recommended Saxton Mee for anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again to the Stocksbridge Team! 👍🏼

First class service from the wonderful team at Saxton Mee in Stocksbridge. Always on hand to answer any questions and you really get the feeling they are there for you and have your interest completely at heart. We bought and sold with them and they are equally brilliant on both sides. I can highly recommend all the team ….from Greg the valuer, even the photographer lady and the chap who does the floor plans are excellent and the ladies in the office are outstanding, special mention to Sue who has the patience of a saint (I’m sure I tested it at times but she was always amazing) .. .

Saxton Mee handled the sale of our Stocksbridge house. It was not straightforward due to issues outside the control of Saxton Mee. Throughout the process, though, Sue and Jackie kept us informed of all developments (and setbacks). We appreciated enormously their efforts to keep the transaction on track and to keep us sane. It was nice to feel that someone was "on our side" and pushing for resolutions to the various problems. And we got there in the end!

Following the sad passing of our late father in March, my sister & I were required to sell his house as directed by his Will. It was a very emotional time particularly as the house in question had been in the family since the early 1970's. From the word go in April, Sue, Jackie & Greg went the extra mile to provide advice regarding the rules & legalities of marketing & selling our late parents house. We did not have to be present for the viewings as either Sue or Jackie ensured that they were on hand to deal with interested parties. We were kept abreast of progress either by email, text or phone and although they were clearly busy whenever we spoke, they always had the time to discuss any aspect of the house. Saxton Mee (Stocksbridge) were friendly and efficient. They recommended a local mortgage broker called Daniel Lewis. He had an excellent knowledge of mortgage deals and helped us find a mortgage despite having unconventional circumstances. We used a different broker prior to Daniel, and we got rejected by a bank. Saxton Mee also recommended Taylor Bracewell Solicitors who were also great. Overall, it was a good experience.

The team at Stocksbridge were all fantastic, really approachable and helpful. No question was was a daft question! They were knowledgeable and led me through the house selling process. As I was selling my deceased parents house this has been a difficult time for me, but they were very supportive and understanding. Right from start to finish Both Sues and the team guided us through everything . We had ups and downs and Sue Smyth was with us all the way.
