I sold my house through Saxton Mee (Stocksbridge branch) and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism efficiency and great communication. I met three members of the team Grag who did the evaluation and Lexie and Sue in the office. The team have always been there when I have had a question and had regularly checked in with me throughout the journey. Sue is a true professional and a remarkable human being. Toward the end of prosses I was unwell, Sue not only supported me but also driving the sale to the finishing line. I could not get there without Sue and I will always be grateful for her support and kindness throughout. I highly recommend this great team. Thank you all Sara

I recently bought a house through Saxton Mee Stocksbridge and Sue was supervising our chain and all I can say she was brilliant! The process took a while and I was having lots of doubts on the way but Sue was always very patient, understanding and helpful. She was always there to listen and support me and did everything she could to keep things going the right direction. Replying emails in a blink, keeping me in the loop with all udpates. If only solicitors were as helpful and responsive as Sue the house buying process would be a dream not a nightmare! Thank you so much!!

As a first-time buyer, I wasn’t entirely sure about the process or where to start, but Sue from the Stockbridge branch was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From arranging the first viewing right through to the completion date, she kept me informed every step of the way, which really helped put my mind at ease, especially when things in the chain were not going smoothly. She was always quick to reply to emails and always available on the phone whenever I had a question. Her support, communication, and reassurance throughout the whole process made a huge difference. I truly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. In fact, I think Sue was more excited about the completion of the chain than I was, which just shows how much time, care, and energy she puts into helping her clients.

Absolutely fantastic!! Sue has been amazing! 🌟 From beginning to end, the whole process of selling with Saxton Mee was made easy with her brilliant communication, help and support. (Unfortunately we didn't purchase our new house with them but wish we could have looking back). We had a lot of setbacks with our onward but although it wasn't her job, Sue went above and beyond to make it all happen for us and I really cannot thank her enough for her tenacity and kindness. 🌟 Her recommendation to use Switalskis solicitors also was spot on! Stef and her team have worked so very hard alongside Sue to make our dream home become a reality. (Apologies it took 9 months everyone)! Saxton Mee were amazing from start to finish. My house was sold after the first viewing for the asking price, which was brilliant. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful but I would like to mention Sue in particular. Sue made the sale as smooth and possible and was happy to liaise with my sellers agent too. We’ve sold a few properties over the years but Saxton Mee are by far the best estate agents we’ve ever used. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The valuation of our property by Greg was sensible and realistic and ensured it did sell. It went to best and final offers and we felt that Saxton Mee achieved a good price for us. In particular the manager Sue Smyth deserves a special mention, supported by her colleague Alice, who was also really helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for Sue, she kept us updated every step of the way throughout the sale process and chased up progress with solicitors regularly. She was a pleasure to deal with.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Sue and team at Stocksbridge whilst selling our house. We recently sold and bought a house for the first time in 30 years. We used Saxton Mee for selling and buying the properties and were extremely grateful for all the advise and guidance that we received from the team members at the Hillsborough and the Stocksbridge offices. They guided us through the process every step of the way and we're fantastic at explaining everything which reassured us when needed. From first meeting Greg who valued our house to conversing with different members of the team during the process we have nothing but positive comments to say about all of them. A big thank you to Sue at the Stocksbridge branch who took the time to explain the legalities of buying and selling in a simple terms so that we could easily understand what was happening. We honestly could not recommend Saxton Mee highly enough and although we have no intention of moving again, Saxton Mee would be our first choice should we do so.
