Outstanding service from Saxton Mee! Special mention for Sue who dealt with selling our property and purchasing another! Was always on hand to deal with any queries or questions and ensured we stayed up to date with everything happening even down to chasing solicitors and ensuring it all happened smoothly. Could not thank her enough for all the effort she put into it! We had deadlines that we were worrying we wouldn't meet and I am convinced without her help we wouldn't have done it! So pleased we chose Saxton Mee. The valuer was so friendly and helpful. And was up front from the start with the service we would expect to receive and the price. And they were true to their word. We were given mortgage and insurance advice from Heron. This was included in Saxton Mees fee. And they were great too. As for the service in branch- the service was first rate too. Sue was great. She kept us updated throughout and was so helpful and friendly. And the day we completed our sale and purchase, I'm not sure who was more excited! Wonderful experience from start to finish. And if we hadn't found our forever home, we'd definitely be using them again in the future

How estates agents should be. Sue and Alice are absolute gems. From first contact to picking my keys up they’ve made the whole process a dream. And I’ve had a good few laughs along the way with Sue, which always makes things less stressful and easier. There was no bias (which you hear with some estate agents) seller/buyer all treated fairly and honestly. Super friendly and beyond helpful. Sue is the gospel of all things house buying, if she recommends something/someone to you - do it! She recommended Switalskis solicitors, I don’t know what I’d have done without Jill, Stef and Camilla (they dealt with my sale and purchase) they we’re absolutely amazing, if you get the right solicitors it’s not stressful at all. Can’t thank Sue and Saxton Mee enough for all their help over the last few months, can’t speak highly enough of them, and I don’t know what I’ll do without my weekly natter. Thank you, thank you thank you for everything. 😊

Saxton mee are such a fab team! We have had no issues whatsoever with them, and Sue was just excellent with all enquiries, bookings etc. We must have been one of their longest clients because we was looking for so long to find something we was happy with, but as Sue would always say.. everything happens for a reason :) and she was always so helpful when we needed her advice. When we finally went into branch before completing, It was lovely to meet Sue and the team, they are just as lovely in person as over the phone! Saxton Mee were the seller’s estate agents and they were obviously involved in our purchase but Sue Smythe went over and above what I would have expected and I only wish now that we had used Saxton Mee for our sale as well. Sue kept us more informed about our purchase than our own solicitors who were really poor, nothing was too much trouble for her and she did it all with enthusiasm. Sue was the epitome of how estate agents should work with their customers and she should be applauded for her efforts (and perhaps given a pay rise). If I decide to move home again which is very unlikely, I would use Saxton Mee without hesitation. Thank you!

Sue, Jackie & the team at Saxton Mee in Stocksbridge are amazing !! We have sold a number of properties with them over the last few years and are always so pleased with the service they provide. The team are always happy the help with any questions/queries we have about the properties & respond back quickly to our calls. Our most recent sale was not local to Stocksbridge, so we tried out another estate agent local to the house. However we soon realised this was a mistake due to us not being happy with the service. Where do I start ! From start to finish, the Stocksbridge team were absolutely brilliant. Very transparent, knowledgable, supportive and someone was always available to guide and support when needed.
