Sue and the team at Saxton Mee in Stocksbridge were absolutely brilliant from word go in the purchase of our new home. Sue's customer service skills are impeccable and no issue or worry was too small for her to deal with. Even though there were a few bumps in the road with solicitors etc, we always knew we were in good hands and felt comfortable throughout. If you are looking for an estate agent, i would definitely recommend Saxton Mee as there service is second to none.

Ours is a different situation as we were selling a property for our 91 year old relative. Saxton Mee arranged several viewings and we received 3 offers on or close to our asking price. At the last minute unfortunately our circumstances changed and we had to withdraw the property from the market. Sue, Jackie and Gregg were all brilliant throughout the process and were sooo understanding when we had to stop the sale. After some false starts with other agencies i eventually found Saxton Mee. I cannot tell you how helpful they were particularly Sue and Jackie. It was a very stressful experience and there were times i was constantly on the phone. Not once were they off putting but always either answered straight away or got back to me. They filled me with confidence and i trusted them in particular and their agency implicitly. They made a very stressful situation manageable and kept me calm throughout. Saxton Mee staff at Stocksbridge were very efficient and understood the complexity of selling my brother’s bungalow, he had died without leaving a will. They helped me overcome the problems of leaving a property unoccupied for over a year. Once probate had been granted they recommended a marketing strategy which resulted in very quick sale and completion. Sue kept me informed and facilitated the sale in a very professional manner. I will never use any estate agent other than Saxton Mee, Sue, Jackie and Greg are exceptional at what they do, so knowledgeable when it comes to buying or selling a property and just all round lovely people. I'm lucky enough to have worked with Sue twice, buying my first and then recently my second home as our family grew, she is phenomenal and working with her has been an absolute pleasure on both occasions. She is kind and compassionate and interested in us, our lives, our family, nothing is ever too much for her and even bumping into her out and about locally, she's always excited to see us and our daughters love her! The staff are fabulous! Nothing is too much trouble for Sue and Jackie. They are so helpful and guide you throughout the process. I work full time and didn’t have the time to shop around for solicitors and mortgage advisors so they provided contact details for Aimee the mortgage advisor and gave a quote for Best Solicitors. It made everything run smoothly and felt much less stressful. Aimee is great and we will definitely renew our mortgage with her in the future. The first visit, time was taken to understand my situation as well as review the house, rather than "we'll push for as much as we can get". Everything handled by Sue in Stocksbridge office - superb. Very careful to talk through every step of the process. We've just bought out first home through Saxton Mee Stocksbridge and i honestly can't put into words how absolutely incredible Sue is - she was without a doubt our rock in the whole process.
