Where do I start, sue Jackie Greg tara you've been fantastic from the start. Soon as we phoned saxton mee to arrange an appointment Greg was with us in that week. Very professional we had three different companies out to our home saxton mee took it for us just a very warm feeling from there selfs. My experience with Saxton Mee Stocksbridge was arranging viewings, submitting offer and as an intermediary between myself and the vendor. So though I was the buyer and not a customer per se I cannot recommend Sue Smyth enough for negotiating your house sale given the level of interaction and proactivity she had in driving forward the sale to exchange within a reasonable timeframe. Had she not been actively reaching out to me the sale process (on the solicitors end) would doubtless have gone on and on and on. In general, very friendly, timely and professional service for booking viewings and obtaining information about the property. If you want an estate agent who will go to extra lengths when selling your property in this area, go with Saxton Mee.

We were buyers rather than sellers but it was obvious from the beginning that the whole office, and most especially Sue, were determined to get our house purchase sorted and for it to happen as easily and quickly as possible. Sue was always available by phone and email and willing to chase the sellers and solicitors whenever necessary. She was tenacious in the extreme and we are sure that she saved us a couple of weeks on the process by her hard work. Sue laughed with us, was angry when we were and was as frustrated as we were when things got difficult. We felt that she was walking with us on what ended up being a long and often difficult journey - when we finally got in I felt as though she was almost as happy as we were. Buying a house is not for the faint hearted but Sue's attitude and professionalism, as well as her "can do" approach to life certainly helped us on our way.

I couldn't recommend Saxton Mee enough, especially Sue. Sue has been absolutely amazing helping us with the purchase of our first home! From our very first viewing with Sue, knowing absolutely nothing we straight away felt very well looked after and in the best hands. Nothing is too much trouble for Sue, she quickly put us in touch with a mortgage advisor and solicitors. Sue is always just a phone call away if needed and always in contact to touch base and provide any updates. Aimee (mortgage advisor) was also absolutely amazing and again did everything for us, I can't imagine how stressful this whole experience would have been without Sue and Aimee.
