GoogleWorst ever letting agents we used! If only I could give them zero or minus stars. They charged us over £ 600.00 to find drag users as tenants which ruined our spotless property into mess. We spent £20000.00 for complete refurb. The tenants didn’t pay rent and completely ruined the property so we spent a small fortune to evict them, & legal advice, bailiffs and locksmith! Heather Getting and her assistant Tina promised us a good service but delivered only INCOMPETENCE & DECEITS leaving us debts over £ 12000. We had to take evil alcoholic & drug user tenants to court to evict them which is expensive, time consuming and stressful. They even failed to provide right information and papers so we are seeking legal advice regarding it!!! Tenants damped all their rubbish at a backyard which attracted RATS. It was awful and dont go near REEDS RAINS, REDDISH !

GoogleGreat service again! We bought our first house with Reeds Rains, and when we decided to sell it went straight back to RR to help us sell it. As we were first time sellers everything was clear from the start including fee's, processes, etc. Everyone was always really friendly and helpful despite some issues we had with our sale, RR kept us reassured. We were looked after by Jenny through the whole 8/9 months process who was fantastic for us and was available on the phone whenever we needed a quick update or had a questions to ask. They managed to sell our house after only 48 hours of it being on the market, then managed to sell it again within a couple of days after the first buyer had to pull out. Amazing! Luckily where we live now, Reeds Rains still have an office, so when we need to go through the buy/sell process again, we'll be heading straight to their office. Could not recommend them enough!

GoogleReeds Rain were the estate agents of the house that we were buying and Liberty was their estate agent. She was extremely professional and friendly even though she wasn't our agent and doggedly worked at getting our sale through. I would totally recommend her.

Hannah understood that our new landlords were up against some time restraints and managed to push everything through so fast and supported me and my partner every day to make sure that we knew what was happening and if anything went wrong she put it right! GoogleThe agent that showed us the house has lied to us since the day of the viewing. We were told that any issues will be fixed before we move in. The had 3 weeks to sort things out but NOTHING was fixed. We reported all the issues from the first day when we moved in, it has been now 8 months and there are still issues pending to be fixed. When I asked for my landlords address( as per my tenant rights ) I was denied and was told to communicate only with them. I have complaint to them twice already about the issues and nothing seems to change. My initial tenancy has expired and when we asked them of what are options are moving forward we were given a response hat the landlord wishes 12m fixed. We responded that we will accept that only if the issues are solved and also made a counter, it has been 6 weeks and haven’t heard back from them since. I have worked with estate agents for years in 4 countries, but i’ve never been lied to and treated like this before. Absolutely horrible service and absolutely no protection/help for the tenants.

GoogleOver the last 12 months i have dealt with 3 other estate agents reeds rains is number 4 , I really wish i had dealt with all my enquiries at reeds rains as my experience up to now as been A1 great communication and a fast sale of my property i put all the swift work down to Liberty as she as kept me informed with everything replied within the same day every time I've emailed or rang for her. If i ever need an estate agent again it will be reeds rains (Reddish branch) mainly to deal with Liberty, she is brilliant!

GoogleI don't have the best credit in the world but reeds rains have helped me past this and have really helped me get a place to live. I was on the verge of becoming homeless and the staff at the reddish branch have been fantastic and helped me out massively. Can't fault the staff always friendly and happy to help. Quick at responding to emails and made me feel welcomed when I came to the branch. Hopefully I'm with them for a few years to come.
