GoogleI'm midway through the sale of my property with Reeds Rains and so far the process and the service I have received has been fantastic. My house sold within 10 day of going on the market to a lovely couple. I have been kept fully informed and updated by the girls in the office Diane, Jennifer and especially Liberty. Fingers crossed the rest of the sale goes just as smoothly as the start. I Would definitely recommend reeds Rains to any potential seller/buyers

FacebookMe and my partner went to view a property with reeds rains. Jane from the reddish branch showed us round and answered any questions we had. Jane was really helpful and friendly from the get go, she couldn’t do enough for us! She made the whole process really relaxed and made us feel at ease. In whole Jane really made the experience amazing for us , couldn’t thank her enough. Jane is a credit to the team at Reeds Rains in reddish! She is amazing at her job.

GoogleFirst I will point out that being 7 months pregnant, suffering with PGP and trying to move during a pandemic was not my best idea, would not reccomend that at least. Also the property was riddled with maintenance and health and safety issues, which I will assume were missed by my local branch that is currently closed due to the pandemic. Saying that I cannot fault the agent who was helping us move, a lovely lady by the name of Heather Gettings. Throughout the process she has been a saving grace. She stayed in contact with us, processed all our property issues asap and was a sheer delight. So we are now in our new rental, slowly working through all the issues and honestly could not be happier. Google**IMPORTANT UPDATE** Now, after over two months patiently waiting to get my deposit back ( that'll teach me to be patient ) I am in a formal dispute with the Landlord of 10 Boddens Hill Road, who is claiming my full deposit, even though they've only bothered to put some numbers together for two items of work that don't even add up to the full deposit. £270 for cleaning, ( okay, so it was immaculate, but didn't need anything special doing. ) & £500 for painting and decorating... of which it was the work his handyman left behind, spraying painting ( while I was stuck in the unventilated room on a meeting call ) a patch of mould in my son's room, and then just leaving bare plaster in the kitchen from a burst pipe. Which didn't get new insulation on, so now will have a real cold patch in the corner of the kitchen this winter. We were left without much regard in that property but decided not to fuss. ADVICE: make a fuss. Do not accept anything. There's metal filings in the water from the hot water tap, which means something serious to me, but there was nothing they could/would do about that. Just waiting for them to know provide evidence of their claim. Will keep this review updated... ** First review** ( hindsight - easy in, not so easy out - although the Reeds Rains Southampton office are actually pretty good. I didn't like being passed over from my local branch to them in the first place, but they do get things done. Although when I bought a property, I didn't have the confidence I had when I first wrote the review below and went elsewhere. ) Fast, friendly, and fully committed to providing the level of service you deserve. So far above the rest. Even during this crazy time, they ensured my needs were met. We are renting now with Reeds Rains, but hope some day soon to buy somewhere... And thanks to this great experience, they have me as their future customer, too. You are genuinely in good hands. I hope you read this review. I hope you don't have the negative experiences I had with two other agents. I hope you come here first. It's worth it. They will do their best. I feel confident of that.

GoogleI am badly disappointed by the unprofessional and negligent service I received from Reeds Rains Estate Agents Reddish as a first time buyer . After taking more than 5 months, i have nothing in my hands. My time and money spoiled due to unprofessional behaviours of staff. Never recommend anyone to use them. Totally disappointed
Mr Ahmad, it was yourself and your wife who pulled out of the transaction when everyone was ready to exchange. After you changed solicitors back and forth for five months we finally got the transaction ready and then you decided you no longer wanted to proceed. I know you have called to view other properties and been declined and as I appreciate this must be frustrating we have to protect our vendors at the end of the day. I will be reporting this review due to inaccurate and completely false information.

GoogleExtremely pleased with the service I was provided with last Thursday, Jeni took me on a viewing, she was punctual (actually there before me) extremely polite & helpful, she really went above & beyond, even when I wanted to look around the house numerous times & take a phone call to my husband outside, she was very accommodating. GoogleI have purchased a house using Reeds Rains Reddish - well almost, we are at the final stages now. I have predominantly been dealing with Liberty who has been absolutely brilliant. The communication I have received has been great and the customer service; outstanding. When I speak to Liberty it's like speaking to a friend, she knows who I am just from my name so I haven't had to go through the whole explaining who I am every time I call. Anything I have asked Liberty to do she has done, and promptly too. It is much appreciated when dealing with a stressful time like buying/selling your house. I would recommend using Reeds Rains Reddish and wouldn't hesitate using them again or telling my friends/family to use them. They definitely have made my life easier than other estate agents in the area who I have dealt with in the past. Thank you Liberty and the team at Reeds Rains Reddish - you deserve the 5* rating!
