We had been searching for a property in the Reddish area for a couple of months, our interaction with estate agents varied. Since we got in touch with Reeds Rains, Alex supported us throughout the buying process. He arranged several viewings for us and provided clear and honest advice. When we finally found a property we liked, Alex supported us throughout the buying process. Alex explained the process to us, he spoke to us in plain English informing us at every stage of the house purchase - so anytime we received an email from our solicitor, Alex would interpret the email and tell us what was happening and why. He also knew we were in a hurry to complete the purchase as soon as possible, so he regularly liaised with the vendor and the solicitor and kept us updated. I really can't thank Alex enough.

I had a few estate agents come to my house to give a valuation and tell me about how they would market my home. Mark the Manager came out and explained everything in a way that I could fully understand and made me feel at ease from the start. I was really impressed with the platforms and other ways my house would be on the market and also with the photos that Mark took and for which I wasn’t going to be charged for unlike other estate agents! I had lots of viewings booked in which was always communicated to me and at a time that suited me and my partner. There was always someone from the office who turned up on time every time to show the potential buyers around which was such a relief to me. One of Sales negotiators was a young man called “Alex Baird” who really went above and beyond at making me feel less stressed and also the way he showed viewers around my home. He was so polite showing respect for my home, myself and the viewers. I began to look forward to the viewings just so I could catch up with Alex and actually started to look on him as a friend! All I can say is if you are thinking of selling or buying a house think seriously about Reeds Rains Reddish as I have now Sold my house subject to contract and can’t wait to start my next chapter in my new home! I had a challenging start with Reeds Rains Reddish and there were a few issues early on that caused some stress. However, I really want to highlight the excellent support I received from Ryan When Ryan stepped in, he handled everything professionally and consistently. He always made sure to return my calls, kept me updated, and worked hard to ensure things were resolved as smoothly as possible. I was going through quite a stressful time, and Ryan’s calm and reassuring approach genuinely made a difference. He took the time to listen and made me feel confident that everything would be sorted, which it eventually was. While my experience wasn’t perfect at the beginning, Ryan’s dedication and support really turned things around, and I’m very grateful for his help.

Fantastic Service.. House was sold within a week, which was a big shock to me and they also managed to get me £5000 over the asking price. I was very nervous about the whole process of selling and buying after spending 30 plus years in my property, Diane,Jenny & Mark were absolutely great and put my mind at ease with quick and efficient answers to all of my questions. I would 100% recommend these guys and will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

I'm so pleased I chose Reed Rains in Reddish. My experience could have been a disaster as I was trying to secure an eviction from my tenant during the sale. Alex put me at ease throughout and treated myself and my tenant with professionalism and respect. I was kept up to date throughout the whole progress . Towards the end I was rather fraught with nerves but received calm reassurance during my phone calls and e-mails. I was so relieved that the sale went ahead so smoothly and the buyers were able to obtain the keys for the house only days after my tenant left due to the communication and hard work from Alex. I cannot praise him and the team enough. Highly recommended.

Professional & helpful from the start (with Dean Brandreth) and then throughout (with Jenny) once a buyer had been found. Estate Agents have a hard time and there are many misconceptions about them in general, but I honestly cannot fault Reeds Rains Reddish.
