Reeds Rains have been brilliant with how they are handling the current sale of my house in Reddish. Getting them for a valuation, to take the photos and up on the market was done very quickly and the communication has been incredible. I have been dealing with a lady called Jenny in Sales and she has been fantastic, every time I email a question (and I ask ALOT of those) she emails me back straight away with answers that she also explains so I fully understand what I needed to know. She has kept me constantly updated and has such a friendly approach you do feel like your not bothering her with any additional questions you may have. The service from Jenny has been better than I ever expected. She is a star and I am so glad she is the one dealing with the sale of my property. Me and my partner went to view a property with reeds rains. Jane from the reddish branch showed us round and answered any questions we had. Terrible service from Reeds Rains. Wouldn't rent from them again, and would recommend avoiding. - Upon moving out, they tried to charge us for rubbish in the outside wheelie bins that are collected weekly - When we moved in, the front door lock barely worked and they didn't replace it for a few months despite us constantly asking - Emails and correspondence from them were often rude, and they didn't address our queries - Initially we were going for a 12 month contract, on the move in day they emailed us the rental agreement and had changed to 6 months. We were later told this was because we paid upfront, but in the move-in process no one told us this. We weren't offered an extra 6 months only 12 months, so had to move out - Often didn't respond to maintenance requests, the 'let by' sign wasn't removed for the whole 6 months despite asking multiple times

As a Landlord, Reeds Rains manage 2 of my properties. Heather at Reeds Rains has managed my 1st house for 2 years and the service provided has been good. Heather helped me to find my most recent property and provided good honest advice about the house and the value it was marketed at. Upon completion she managed to source tradesmen to decorate the whole house, to fit a bathroom and also to sort out the garden. The prices although higher than where I live in Sussex were very competitive for Stockport and the tradesmen were reliable and did the jobs within the timescale agreed. I have made some valued contacts for work on my other houses in the area. Most recently I have been dealing with Hannah who I can always reach instantly and is very efficient in getting things done. A first class service from start to finish I could not be happier with Reeds Rains and the team especially Heather & Hannah.
