I was supposed to have an online viewing with them today, but with no advance notice, they said their "agent is busy at the moment" and "will let me know when they can conduct the viewing" without telling me what time! We had to call them to find out, why would you even not say anything to me beforehand? If you were busy then don't schedule me into this time slot! Simple! So unprofessional. Overall bad first impression of this branch.NegativeProfessionalism

I wish I had the words to convey the generosity kindness and compassion of this team at reeds rains, At one of the worst times any person could find them selfs, these amazing people have gone above and beyond to try to rectify my dire situation, amazing people. With times how they are it’s been a very challenging free weeks I’ve had to endure, now there is light at the end of the tunnel and thanks to these amazing human beings I’ve been able to smile today. BOUGHT A PROPERTY AT AUCTION AND REEDS RAINS OWES US 9 DAYS WORTH OF RENT. THEY ARE JUST MAKING US RUN IN CIRCLES AND ARE TRYING TO AVOID PAYING IT OUT. EVEN THE TENANT CONFIRMED THAT THEY WERE USELESS WHEN IT CAME TO MANAGING THE PROPERTY AND DID NOT LISTENS TO THE TENANTS VIEWS AT ALL! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Hello, Apologies you feel you have not had a great experience however I have looked at the records and can see you haven't purchased an auction through ourselves it was another agent. Looking at the notes we need to be notified by that agent when the property has completed which we weren't informed to portion the rent out. I can see this has been looked into and now resolved.

Can’t believe the properties they take on for rent - some are a bloody disgrace. You’d expect a “reputable” company to reject them rather than looking at the £ signs. Also they charge a ridiculous 12% to fully manage the property when you can get it for 8%

As a landlord with Reeds Rains, I and my wife are utterly disappointed with the level of service received. We signed up to their full management service and after 2 years are yet to receive any kind of service. The list of heartbreaks is still ongoing despite requesting to end our contract with them, which seems to be more stressful than owning a property! Communication and Data protection are not things they value considering our latest issue with them!!! Not sure I would recommend them!

While looking for property in the area I spoke to Liberty and she was very helpful and polite and gave me lots of info. Being new to house hunting it all seemed rather daunting but she made it feel easy thanks to her professional manner. Although I didnt find what I was looking for I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thank you Liberty!

The also quickly updated the listing on Right Move to show that the property was off the market. I would recommend anyone considering moving into Reddish to look to deal with Reeds Rains. Reeds Rains, Reddish I have predominantly been dealing with Liberty Rowe who has been absolutely brilliant. She has been fantastic, helpful, given me advice when needed and asked for it, and very efficient since the start of purchasing my house, right through to the completetion date and she has gone above and beyond with everything. The communication ( Phoning and emailing ) I have received has been outstanding. When I speak to Liberty it's like speaking to a friend, she knows who I am just from my name so I haven't had to go through the whole explaining who I am every time I call or email her. Her telephone manner is impeccable and she always has had time for you, she is paitence all the time on the phone due to me having a stutter, which I much appreciate it. Anything I have asked Liberty to do she has done, and promptly too. Thanks for all of your help Liberty, She is a real credit to the company!! Kind regards Hayley Hawkins
