Thank you for your review. Both ourselves and the Vendor were aware of your offer but unfortunately the vendor had several offers, best and finals were requested by 12 yesterday and she chose to go with a different buyer. This is all confirmed in your offer letter. Please note all buyers who place an offer on a property are required to come in and see our mortgage advisor prior to us putting offers to the vendor this is so we can qualify the affordability of the offer you are making. This is to ensure all offers are genuine, affordable and to protect our vendors from Buyers who may not proceed after the offer being accepted. We wish you well in uour house search.
