The whole process has been very swift, with good tenants being found and moved in within just a few weeks of having initially purchased the property. The communication from Georgia throughout has been excellent, supported by Lauren as necessary.
Setting up the agreement for Julian Wadden to manage on our behalf with Theo was also a very straightforward process.
I would certainly recommend and will undoubtedly be using them again for future properties.
Update: I've recently let a second property through Julian Wadden and again has been very positive. Many thanks to Lydia for navigating a difficult set of applicants to find some suitable tenants and get this property let.
