Julian Wadden have been great. Especially Danny Jack who went over and beyond to help us find the perfect location. Nothing was ever too much, as we constantly had queries and he was quick to respond to all of them . He constantly had us at the forefront of his thoughts and was quick to get in touch if anything came up that he thought may be suitable. A lot of the stress was taken off us and we would have seriously struggled finding a place with out his help. Thanks again Danny!!

I recently sold a property through Julian Wadden Stockport and couldn't recommend them enough. They were extremely helpful getting the house on the market promptly, answering any questions and offering plenty of advice when I was accepting an offer. I want to especially thank Mark Diamond. Throughout the process he went out of his way to keep me informed and up to date even when our solicitors didn't! Without him the process would have been far more stressful and I can't thank him enough. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and the team should you be selling a property.

This is the first time I have used Julian Wadden to manage our rental property, throughout the whole procedure they have kept in contact with me, and from the meeting on the Wednesday it went online that night and tenants were invited to an open house on the Saturday and new tenants were found.
