She was always on hand to answer all my questions and advise to ensure l got the best tenant for tge property. GoogleLauryn was an absolute rock during the sale of our family home in Edgeley. The professionalism of Lauryn and her team was excellent throughout and she continuously pushed our purchasers and their legal team to complete the deal as quickly as possible. Lauryn remained calm, patience and understanding especially as nerves and patience became frayed, which reassured us that Julian Wadden were working as hard as possible to facilitate our move to our new family home. GoogleWe were really impressed by Georgia and Lydia at the Stockport branch, who were helpful and professional. This was the first time we were renting a house, so we had a lot of questions to ask and rang up a few times to speak to them. GoogleWe had a great experience with Julian Wadden Stockport as first time buyers. We had a tight deadline to complete the purchase and Lee was always available to answer questions and assist when we needed to push the conveyancing process along. With his help we were delighted to be able to complete in time. Liam helped us in the earlier stages and he was equally friendly and helpful.

Lydia handed me all the information I needed on a platter and then took the time to explain everything thoroughly so that I would understand what is going on at all times! GoogleExcellent estate agents. I have used them in letting three flats, the service is exceptional from the time of valuation to until the tenants have moved in. Just recently I have been liaising with Lydia Swann, who has been very helpful in keeping me informed of the progress of the tenants progress and her communication is thorough and can't fault with any of the work done so far

The photos he took were very impressive and the marketing was superb. Once on the market Lydia was our point of contact and kept us updated regularly throughout the process. GoogleA terrible experience for renters - Dangerously loose carpet on stairs, not fixed for months until one tenant fell and injured themselves. Later lied saying a contractor had attended and the tenants weren’t in as agreed (it was not agreed) and that was why it took so long. Had no working bathroom door during the entirety of a tenancy, it was hanging off the hinges (even in the YouTube viewing video). Every couple of weeks they claimed someone was coming to fix it, never did. A week before the end of tenancy offered to replace it “as a gesture of goodwill”. Management consistently lied about the status of repairs, and resolution options - leading to stress, anxiety and threats of fines from the council.

GoogleI was very happy with the excellent service provided by Lydia and Abbey at Julian Wadden recently. I found their attention to detail in response to my queries to be most helpful. Due to their proactive support, I have been able to relet one of my properties in just over 2 weeks - this is from an initial commencement of advertising to signing of agreement and occupation. This is an excellent service and one which I would recommend to landlords.
