GoogleWe always use Julian Wadden (Stockport) to help us find new tenants for our letting property business, The whole team are always highly professional and they ensure that the process is seamless from start to finish. Lydia Swann (Lettings Manager) kept us fully informed at every stage from credit checking to the preparation of the tenancy agreement. For good practice we always ask that an inventory check be carried out prior to a new tenant taking up occupancy and this was carried out by Rae Griffin who attended the property accordingly. Cannot recommend them highly enough!, they really do offer the complete package and nothing is too much trouble!
