It gives me great delight to write a review for Julian Wadden. I am very well pleased with Lydia Swann, Senior Lettings Negotiator of Julian Wadden Estate Agents. Lydia was very helpful in answering my questions and booking me for a viewing of the property. Most importantly, the viewing was smooth as it was the same images I saw on Rightmove. In addition, the communication was brilliant and professional. I am satisfied with the services and highly recommend Julian Wadden. 10/10

Lydia has been such an amazing help while organising my tenancy. I have been living out of the country so things could have been very complicated. In the look out for a new home, Julian Wadden have been the best. The process to reach them, book a viewing appointment and discuss with them about anything, have been simple. Especially, since the day we started interacting with Abigail, for property viewing, Abigail have been patient, polite, kind and always available with a smile and kept us posted periodically through phone or email for application processing till collecting the keys. Being in an important situation to find the property near our kids school, Abigail definitely made our life easier. Really appreciate her understanding, commitment and willingness to help. We are extremely unhappy with the service provided by Julian Wadden. We had moved into a property that was under their ‘care’. Our landlords had decided not to use them anymore and they decided to close our council tax and energy supplier without any notice. When calling up the shop, they referred us to another shop giving off the vibe that they weren’t bothered and didn’t want to know anything about it. They have been nothing but dismissive towards us and been non existent when we were with them. I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy as I wouldn’t want to put anyone through the trauma we have suffered with them. We are a young family that work hard to make ends meet and they have left us with a bill of in excess of £2,000 and have nothing to say for it leaving us with those bills even though we did nothing wrong or changed anything. It feels like they have used us a money making scheme and they are doing this out of spite to hurt a young family with a heavily disabled child, which they were well aware of at the time

Have had an excellent experience finding a property to rent with Julian Wadden, after our previous property fell through at late notice with a different estate agent Lydia made sure to find us our new home quickly and efficiently! Julian Wadden was fair when treating prospective tenants. Everyone was given equal opportunity during viewings. I wanna advise you have more flexibility in the time for viewings as some prospective tenants maybe working long shifts and might not be able to meet up with a FIXED TIME. Above all, Lydia Swann was really nice and professional whilst communicating terms to i and my partner. She is a communicator and knows her onion.

I have used Julian Wadden on two occasions, and both times, I received excellent service. The first time was a few years ago when I was searching for a rental flat. The Stockport office provided a fantastic experience throughout the process. They responded quickly and were always keen to help with my questions. The second time was when I decided to purchase a property, and Rebecca Shepherd our negotiator was professional and excellent. She supported me throughout the entire purchase process, providing quick communication with the vendor and resolving any issues efficiently. Her dedication and guidance made a potentially stressful experience much easier, and i gave a lot of thanks to her for this. I would highly recommend Julian Wadden if you’re looking for a place to live or if you are planning to sell they have great staff that help both the buyers and the sellers and renters!
