We have very recently used William H Brown Stevenage in not only selling our property, but also the purchase of our new home. We dealt mostly with Jack whom was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, supportive & punctual when it came to responding to emails. It was a stressful & prolonged process with the first sale collapsing & another hurdle further along. Jack helped to make the process less traumatic for us by continually staying in touch with us & also staying in contact with our purchaser, seller & solicitors. We found Jack to actually be more helpful & knowledgeable than our own solicitor. Nothing seemed too much trouble him, he would often email out of hours & in his own time just to provide me with some reassurance. I would recommend Jack & all the team at William H Brown to anyone I know that is buying or selling. Thanks to Jack, we’re now in our dream home 🙂

I tried to arrange a viewing for two properties with this branch of William H Brown. I booked one and was to be updated on the other, but didnt hear anything, so had to call back myself to check if it was still available. I was informed one of the properties was unvailable, but the other was good to go for a viewing. I received multiple text alerts, as late as 5pm the day before the viewing to remind me to be punctual. As such I purchased a train ticket from my home town to attend. When I arrived at the estate agent, I was told the viewing had been cancelled as the property was now under offer. I received no update to this effect and as such wasted my own time and money. I didn't feel valued as a potential customer and as such I informed the staff that I would take my business elsewhere. I wasnt going to leave a review however I continue to receive marketing emails from William H Brown.

Both my partner and I had the privilege to work closely with Deniz Temelgun, and to say that we are extremely happy is an understatement! The whole experience from start to finish has been nothing short of incredible. His level of expertise and dedication has truly made this process as smooth and stress free as possible. No matter the time of day, he was always readily available to provide support and answer any questions we had. If you shy away from negotiating, or just unsure how to, not to worry! He’s happy to do so on your behalf. On a time crunch or just anxiously waiting for your mortgage approval, he’ll make sure this is done as efficiently and as promptly as possible! As little as 2 days! I know, we were pleasantly suprised too….He certainly went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t reccomend him enough! From the first moment I spoke to William H Brown I knew I was in good hands. There are a whole ladder above other estate agents in the area and I felt valued, reassured and most of all I trusted them. Every member of staff was professional, experienced and fully briefed. Most of my dealings were with Jack. He was always totally on top of things, swift to respond (even early in the morning) and I never once felt that I was just a number, he always knew exactly what was going on. This was a sensitive sale due to my Mother having to move out through ill health and Jack and everyone at William H Brown always treated me with the utmost respect. Selling a house is never easy but I felt that William H Brown was fully invested in helping me to find the correct solution and always working with my best interests whilst being realistic and fully up to date with the current market. Without hesitation I fully recommend them, they are truly excellent. Thank you
